Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Armony Web Design SRL – Publishing House, we want every reader to feel confident in their purchase. Please read carefully before buying our e-books.
- Digital Products Only
All products sold on our website are e-books delivered in digital format (PDF, EPUB, or MOBI).
- No Refunds After Download
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once the download link has been sent, the e-book cannot be “returned.” Therefore, we do not offer refunds or cancellations.
- Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered if:
- You purchased the same e-book twice by mistake.
- A technical error on our side prevented you from accessing your file.
In such cases, please contact us at office@armony-design.ro within 7 days of purchase.
- Legal Basis
This policy complies with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, which states that the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once download has begun.
